Take two good quality (organic if possible) dried apricots. Place them in a glass of water before going to bed at night. Sit it near the kitchen sink.

First thing in the morning, drain the water off the apricots and throw it away, and just eat the fruit.

(Do not drink the water that they were soaking in) . The pre-soaked dried fruit must be the first thing you have in the morning - even before your cup of tea!
